This class is an introductory Judo Class for School Age Kids.
Over the course of 3 months, kids will learn the fundamental movements and skills of judo through engaging fun games and activities. The program includes life skills such as how to fall properly and get up safely, practicing judo break-falls with confidence.
In addition to physical skills and athletic abilities, children will be introduced to judo etiquette, rules, and the importance of respectful partnerships under the Moral Code of Judo.

In order to participate in this class, the student must have a current Judo Canada membership.
